Magic Place After-School Care
The YMCA Magic Place is a fun, safe and supportive afterschool program serving Roanoke City, Salem City and Botetourt County public schools.
Y Pass
Middle school students think Y Pass is fun, and parents know the Y offers a safe place to socialize, get homework help and stay active and healthy.
Child Watch
With your household membership, you can receive up to two hours of free childcare for your children ages 6-weeks to 12 years. Our trained staff keeps kids engaged in active play, art projects, reading and other activities. We put safety first with a sign-in-and-out procedure practiced at all times. Parents must remain in the Y facility while their child is in our care.

Date Night
Ages: 6 weeks - 10 years
Parents can drop off their kids at the Y and enjoy an evening to themselves. Children ages 4 years and up will enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, gym games and more. Also, we provide a meal and snack to ages 4 years and up.

Saturday Sitter
Ages: 6 weeks - 10 years
Your child will have a ton of fun while you enjoy a Saturday morning to yourself. Children 4 and up will go swimming and play in our Y-Arcade. The Y provides lunch.
