The Vice President of Operations reports directly to the President & CEO and will lead the Kirk Family YMCA and the Salem Family YMCA. The combined budgetary responsibilities total 5+ million.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate is one who has 5+ years of experience as a Branch Leader or Multi-Branch Leader with direct responsibility for $3 million+ in revenue.
A candidate who can demonstrate past success in board development, annual fundraising, membership development, facility management, program administration and fiscal management is a must.
The candidate must excel at communicating the YMCA mission to the community and the members.

The Salem Family YMCA is looking for a part-time maintenance staff. The applicant must be friendly and be able to work various hours as needed. Electrical, plumbing and general maintenance knowledge and skills are preferred. Applicant must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to perform work on a one-man lift at heights of up to 25 feet.

The Salem Family YMCA is looking for fun, active and energetic swim instructors to join our dynamic staff. We are looking for instructors who work effectively with children and adults in a learning situation based on individual needs.
