HIT CAMP AGES 12+
“HIT” is short for High Intensity Training. During this four week camp that focuses on using basic functional movements and primitive tools, you’ll learn how to push beyond previously unconquered thresholds. Workouts will be a combination of high intensity interval training, calisthenics, plyometric, and some good “old fashioned” strength exercises that will assure you that you’ll be on your way to hitting your mark or wellness related goals in no time.

It's Time to Play SOCCER!
Season begins September 6 - October 25
This fall season, Y Sport Soccer is offering soccer play to 3 year olds, a first time in this age group. These youngsters will have their own skills and drills and games with coaches from 9 - 10 am. The 4 - 6 year olds will practice from 10am-12pm learning skills, running drills and playing a game of soccer. Our players learn to be “goal oriented” as they develop through play. Each Saturday session includes a team practice followed by an organized game in a non-competitive environment.
