The Armed Services YMCA and the Department of Defense Outreach Initiative offers YMCA memberships at no cost to eligible families and personnel who may not have access to a nearby military facility.  Eligible military families and personnel include:

• Family members of deployed National Guard and Reservists.
  
• Active Duty Indepedent Duty Personnel.
  
• Relocated spouses and familiy members of deployed Active Duty personnel.

To receive membership benefits from the YMCA Military Outreach Initiative, eligible families and personnel should follow these steps:

• Pick up the eligibility form at your local YMCA branch.
  
• Return the completed form along with your military ID, Deployment Orders, required signatures, and or approved letter from Headquarters.
  
• Complete the YMCA Membership Application and receive your Memberhsip Card.
