Weight Loss Boot Camp-Land or Water

This six-week boot camp is designed to get you back on track.  Lead by certified personal trainers and geared toward beginner to intermediate participants.  Non-members receive a temporary membership for the duration of the camp.  Choose land of water!

8:00-11:00am BMI, body measurements, & wellness consultations provided by Y personal trainer, Colby Jordon
12:00-1:00pm Active Older Adult Luncheon: A free lunch with a focus on health/nutrition
4:00-7:00pm Healthy meal demo (preregistration required)
Thursday, September 18
10:30-11:30am Osteoarthritis educational class, provided by the VA (preregistration required)
4:00-6:00pm JUST FOR KIDS-make & take trail mix station
Friday, September 19
8-11am Chair massages provided by Massage Clinic of Salem
Saturday, September 20
4:00-6:00pm Chair massages provided by Massage Clinic of Salem
