We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Y's offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.

Challenge yourself with boot camps. Shape and tone, increase your cardiovascular capacity and strength endurance.  Look and feel better. Group support helps keep you on track and motivated! Workouts are led by certified personal trainers and groups meet twice a week. Non-members receive a temporary membership for the duration of the camp.


The waterbased boot camps are designed to help you start your program off right and get you back on track.  These workouts will include deep and shallow water aerobics, strength conditioning, moderate intensity cardiovascular activity and much more.  Participants must be comfortable in the water.  Non-members receive a temporary membership for the duration of the camp.    



Water exercise, adult swim lessons (it’s NEVER too late) and adapted exercise for those with disabilities or in rehabilitation are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y where we believe if you can do it on land, you can do some version of it in the water!
