Teen Weight Training

This training is essential for teens who want to know how to safely perform a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises so that they are able to use the Wellness Center without direct supervision from a parent or guardian. Includes: manual, orientation, test and certification.  Training is offered by appointment at the Kirk Familiy YMCA.
